Representation & Legal Assistance

Drafting individual legal documents:

employment contracts, offers for employment contracts, annexes to employment contracts, termination decisions, annual leave decisions, unpaid leave decisions, notices of violation of work discipline, warnings.

Drafting company bylaws:

job classification rulebook, work rulebook, occupational safety and health rulebook, workplace protection rulebook, business cooperation agreements, contract proposal letters, company decisions, corporate changes, registration of changes and decisions with the Business Registers Agency.

Applying for visas and temporary residence and work permits.

All above-listed REPRESENTATION AND LEGAL ASSISTANCE services are provided by attorneys from the law office MTC Partners (Attorney Ognjen Tošić, phone: +381 61 65 85 704), registered with the Bar Association of Belgrade, with many years of experience representing legal entities and with professional expertise in immigration, corporate, and commercial law.

The fee for these services amounts to:

30% of the rates prescribed by the official Attorney Tariff

(Tariff on Attorney Fees and Costs), valid as of 05.07.2025
